Privacy Policy — Gyre: Spin Ring Maze

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Gyre is a puzzle game published by Fed Republic, which is responsible for the data described here. It has no accounts, no sign-up, and needs no internet connection to play. This policy explains the limited data involved.

We do not track you

The app never links data about you or your device with third-party data for advertising, and never shares your data with a data broker. Ads are always non-personalized. Because the app does not track, it does not ask for tracking permission, and your advertising identifier is never used to build a profile of you.

Data stored on your device

Your progress (which levels you have unlocked and the stars earned on each) and your settings (theme, ball style, ball and gap size, wall dot size, sound effects, feedback cues, haptics, and whether you have seen the how-to-play screen) are saved only on your device. We never receive or store them. Deleting the app removes this data.

Advertising

The free version shows a banner ad through Google AdMob. The app always requests non-personalized ads, so the ads you see are not based on your interests or your advertising identifier. Google may still collect limited data — such as your IP address and device identifiers — to deliver the ad, cap how often you see it, and prevent fraud. This is handled by Google under its own terms: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data. A one-time Remove Ads purchase stops all ads.

We do not operate a consent platform, and we never ask you to accept tracking or personalized advertising. Where local law requires a consent platform before ads may be served — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — that means no ads are shown to you and no ad is requested on your behalf.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. The app records only whether the Remove Ads purchase is active, on your device.

Audience

Gyre is suitable for players of all ages, but it is a general-audience game and is not aimed at or designed for children.

Your choices

There is no tracking to opt out of — it is off for everyone, always. You can remove the banner entirely via the in-app purchase, and deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
